Coco Comfortfood

Coco Comfortfood was performed on 16 and 17 June 2019 in the Kurhaus in Scheveningen

For the third year in a row OPERA2DAY is part of the Festival Classique. After exiting locations such as the fish auction's canteen (Schubert in Scheveningen) and the Scheveningen beach (Carmina Burana), we presented Coco Comfortfood, a musical performance, a complimentary drink as well as a three-course menu in the beautiful Kurhaus.

Coco Comfortfood offered a well-balanced combination of culinary creations and bite-sized emotions. The staff of Restaurant Waves at the Kurhaus guaranteed lovely, 'comforting' dishes and - between the courses - the Coco Collective, consisiting of  - five female singers and a pianist, surprised the dinner guests with music by, among others, Schubert, Brahms, Piazzolla and Bizet. A very special musical and culinary event against the backdrop of the historical grandeur of the beautiful Kurhaus.
